Editing New Zealand photos and I really, really wanna be back there

- wrestling with the car window to try and take photos
- glaciers!!!!!!!!!
- bundles and bundles of jackets and falling asleep on them
- nature walks
- glacier walks
- blue, blue water
- drinking straight from the river
- kayaks
- boats
- wind
- mountains
- stars
- clarity
- life

truth: all starry photos are edited. but that doesn't make the photo any less real.

Actuallyy, the landscape by moonlight looks very different - it's washed of colour, a grey grey and more grey of knowing things only by their shape and texture. A surreal hyper-clarity, like dreaming in monochrome. Even the one-eyed camera sees more colour than I do.

(Also, we spent something like half an hour out in six degrees???? but came back with not many photos cause the exposure for these things takes FOREVER.)
